Adjacent to the living area, an elegant industrial-style dining table seating eight guests perfectly complements the villa’s soft grey neutral colour palette and bespoke artworks, including striking wooden lamps and shell pendant lights.

The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, provides a family suite with a king-size bed and an adjoining studio lounge equipped with a high-quality sofa bed, kitchenette and television. This private suite can also be accessed through a separate entrance from the garden, ensuring added privacy.
