This property is located in the mouth of el canuto, a beautiful nature reserve in casares malaga, very good for hiking, climbing, bird watching etc…, this is a very special location and a special property sold by an older spanish gentleman. This is 5500m2 of land, a straight, flat piece of land, it has several Little sheds on the land and it has a main property of about 85M2 with two bedrooms, a fireplace and everything you really need. Space for horses, there is fruittrees and very rich land to home grow all you want. This is a property that is not added YET to the paperwork, this means that we can not get a mortgage on the house (you could get some on the land), but the house has been there already for over 15years, so we can help a new owner to make everything legal and that way we also add value again to the property on the long run.
